Match material to product weight

Some light products may suit folding cartons. Heavier or multi-item sets can require a stronger structure or requested insert, but the exact board, construction and fit must be confirmed from product dimensions and weight.

Confirm usage and environment

Food, wet areas, cold storage, cosmetics and export shipping can all influence material and adhesive choices.

FAQ

Common Questions

Can the factory recommend material?

Yes. Send product size, weight, usage, target look and quantity so practical material options can be reviewed.

Does thicker material always mean better packaging?

No. Thickness should match product weight, structure and packing method. Overspecifying can add cost without improving the result.
